Practice makes perfect......well nearly! I have been going to Sean Brady’s Performance s&c weekly classes for about the last 5 months and this Wednesday perfection happened!


Pendlay rows and RDL - I finally got my shoulder blades pulled back, straight back and hips high, not very comfortable or ladylike but felt very pleased with my progression in the s&c classes.


Sean’s passion for fitness and wellbeing gives him the tools to explain the techniques in layman’s terms that we need enable us to advance in his classes, he is very patient and thoughtful and will always adapt the exercises for you, however, he certainly pushes you to your full potential. I highly recommend Sean’s classes to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and knowledge.

I’ve just finished my first 1-2-1 training course with Sean, I am 45yrs old, I’ve been training in and out of gyms since I was 15yrs old, so I’ve picked up a few bad habits along the way. I went to Sean with a predefined personal goal to improve my squat, dead lift and push press technique.

What I got was totally different, I gained an education, as to where and how I’d been cheating myself over the years slowly reducing my flexibility with bad form and laziness, I was reawakened to just how far I can push myself with respect to reps, rest and sets. I gained insight into just how important simple things like hip flexibility can impact all of the lifts I perform.

But most importantly I found a new and energising approach to training – I feel much stronger as a whole and a lot more focused – I have new goals and an approach to training that will see me through the next 20yrs.
I can only compliment Sean on his approach to me, his knowledge and the professional setup to the personal and online aspect of his coaching.

I would recommend him without hesitation – my two big take away’s from our sessions are: mandatory mobility means just that do it every day and reap the rewards and secondly no matter how long you’ve trained for there is always room for improvement.
