Sean will get to know you, your strengths and your weaknesses and helps you to focus your efforts to achieve the results you want without burning you into the ground. His knowledge and expertise allow him to gauge your limits, but push you when the time is right—smart training is at the core of all SB Performance sessions.

Work hard, train hard… eat well. Sean helps you get the most from your training with lots of dietry knowledge and recommendations for local nutritionists he works with.
Team Training
Develop your team together with bespoke training to suit likeminded individuals with a common goal. Sean has provided weekly training for Wallasey Police Force, as well as strength & conditioning coach for Birkenhead Rugby Club, along with visiting schools such as Neston High School.

I have teamed up with TrueCoach to provide an online training platform to suit you and your lifestyle, whether that be training in a gym, at home or outside.
I use TrueCoach, WhatsApp, what’s app video and Facebook to virtually guide you through your bespoke online training programme.

Combined Strength is a dedicated group of strength coaches, personal trainers and rehab specialists that train hard, learn openly from others and come together to deliver the best possible coaching experience to their clients.
The Combined Strength Method brings together elements of Core, Bodyweight and Barbell with the appropriate use of training tools. It solves the biggest problem I see in the industry – how to put it all together into an intelligent training program that gets results.
